NGSU is conducting a confidential survey to get an idea of the extent of bullying that may exist in places where NGSU members work. Although the number of formal complaints raised is low there is evidence that the trend is increasing and that many employees choose not to make formal complaints despite suffering bullying.

We will report on the results of the survey later in the year.
